Please note:

• Please make sure that you have received an official invitation from us to be eligible to place an order, as our CD order service is exclusively available to invited musicians.

• We do not offer sound engineering or audio editing services. You can send us your audio tracks or a performance video, and we can extract the audio from the video recording.

• The composer's copyright of the music performed, if applicable, is at the artist's expense. We recommend selecting repertoire under the public domain.

• Please provide your biography and programme notes for the booklet, as we do not offer writing or grammar checking services.

• Customs fees are not included.

• Please note that all customized CDs are non-refundable and non-returnable. If an order is canceled after the artwork design has started, only half of the fee will be refunded. Once the artwork is approved and CD production has begun, it is not possible to cancel the order or receive a refund.

• If you are recording copy-righted works, you do need to apply and pay for the Limited Manufacture licence online through PRS for Music.
